30-Day Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip with your return.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at orders@x8docks.com to initiate the return process.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
Package the Item: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories.
Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping: Enjoy free returns. A return label will be emailed once your return is accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at orders@x8docks.com with details and photos. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges:
For the quickest resolution, return the item you have and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
